COVID-19 Test

Three Rivers Pharmacy is offering curbside COVID-19 testing at 757 S US Highway 131 (Next to SUBWAY), Three Rivers, Michigan-49093. Please call for an appointment to make the process efficient and safe for all. Please don't come inside the pharmacy for testing. Fill out the information below to schedule a test. Give us a call at 269-278-6000 for ask any questions you may have.
Testing Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00am to 1 p.m.
Test Type: Nasal Mid Turbinate Swab/Self administered test.
Cost: No cost at the time of testing. If you are exposed to someone with COVID-19 or experiencing COVID symptoms, your health insurance or government aid may cover some or all of your testing costs. If testing is not covered, you will be directly billed $165 by the testing lab.
Results: Results will be available typically within 24 to 72 hours of receiving the sample at the laboratory. Rarely it may take longer depending on the sampling.

STEP 1 : SCHEDULE THE TEST

Schedule a test by completing the below previsitation patient screening from and then call the pharmacy.

STEP 2 : TAKE THE TEST

Please call the Pharmacy at 269-278-6000. Once you arrive, park at the curb side or north side driveway of the building.

STEP 3 : GET YOUR RESULTS

Test results will be shared with you typically within 48-72 hours. This time may take longer depending on when the test arrived at the laboratory and the testing volume.

STEP 4 : CHOOSE YOUR TEST TYPE

1. The RT-PCR test is the Gold Standard for Point of Care Diagnostic test. The PCR test is a versatile test and widely approved/accepted for Domestic or International Travel. However, the sample analysis requires to be sent it to the lab for Molecular analysis which takes about 24 to 48 hours to get the results.

COVID-19 RAPID TEST

2. This is simple Test using the nasal swab technique to detects the active COVID-19 infections. Get Results in 15 minutes. It is intended for individuals suspected of COVID-19 within few days of symptoms onset or exposure.

3. A COVID-19 antibody test checks your blood for IgG/IgM Antibodies. If you are positive to Antibody Test or have antibodies in your system means you have had COVID-19 infections. The tests determine the presence of antibodies to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, and can help to identify individuals who have been infected with the virus. The Rapid Antibody test get results in 10 minutes, is typically a Serological Test and Instant Screening.

Limited supplies of COVID-19 vaccines are now available at Three Rivers Pharmacy to individuals—16 years of age and older for Pfizer, 18 years of age and older for Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen).
